We endeavour to make sure the product you ordered arrives in perfect condition. Please note that items which are to be returned must be given back with the original packaging (unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact) and returned to oojai within 7 days of purchase. A return address will be provided upon acceptance of your return application.
